Lillian is a certified Justice of the Peace.

LEE MARION

Lee has worked in the conveyancing industry for over 30 years and has successfully completed the conveyancing course at Macquarie University.

Lee has an excellent understanding of all aspects of conveyancing and has a particular focus on ensuring that your conveyancing transaction is properly prepared in readiness for settlement.

You will find Lee’s knowledge, dedication and attention to detail an asset in helping you meet settlement deadlines. Lee has great satisfaction from the successful completion of a conveyancing transaction.

EMILY HITCHCOCK

Emily is our newest member of staff.  Emily joined Safe Conveyancing in July 2021 after fine tuning her conveyancing skills with legal practices in the Sydney region.  

Emily is an all rounder.  She can assist with the conveyancing matters from start to finish, as well as being the first point of contact for Safe Conveyancing clients.  

Emily is very enthusiastic and personable and prides herself on excellent service to clients.  

Emily is a certified Justice of the Peace.

JOHN BOYD

PRINCIPAL SOLICITOR

After graduating from the University of Melbourne in 1978 with a Bachelor of Commerce, John worked extensively in private industry before commencing a law degree in 1986.

In 1988, John graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws. Between 1989 and 1992 John worked as a solicitor with Clayton Utz, Sydney, in the areas of property law and insolvency law. John then worked in general legal practice on the far north coast of New South Wales for about 18 months before returning to Sydney in 1993. From 1993 to the end of 2008 John was in general legal practice with Cameron Gillingham Boyd solicitors, Sydney.

John has lived in the lower Blue Mountains since 2001. With a desire to work closer to home, he established his own legal practice in Penrith (Boyd Lawyers) in January 2009. In late 2016 Boyd Lawyers merged with the long established lower Blue Mountains legal firm, Hinde & Ginges Solicitors, now known as Hinde Ginges Boyd Lawyers, with offices at Penrith and Springwood. John is available to see clients at either office by appointment.
